Gyanstairs makes no warranty or guarantee regarding the reliability, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, or completeness of the Services. We do not warrant that the use of the Services will be secure, timely, uninterrupted, error-free, or meet users’ expectations. The tutorials’ content comes from the individual around the world, so accuracy of the content lies with the provider of the content. Gyanstairs is a platform which converts the provided content into video lessons and puts those lessons in the context of the bigger picture. Provider of the lesson, may remove it anytime and Gyanstairs has no control over such deletions and because this, if you incur any losses, Gyanstairs shall not be liable.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gyanstairs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. The total liability of Gyanstairs for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Gyanstairs (if any) – for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Upon uploading content to Gyanstairs, users grant Gyanstairs the rights to process and generate videos from that content for use within the platform. Once a video is created, it will remain hosted on gyanstairs.com.
Users are permitted to delete their videos and associated content at any time. However, users are prohibited from downloading, distributing, or uploading the generated videos to other platforms for personal or financial gain. Although users may promote their videos and drive traffic to Gyanstairs, they cannot utilize the generated videos outside of the Gyanstairs environment.
